LONDON – Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Thursday reachedUnited Kingdom (UK) on official visit, stated Director General (DG)Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor.

During his stay in the UK, the army chief will interact with seniorcivilian and military leadership of the United Kingdom. The army chief willhold discussions on matters of mutual interests including evolvinggeo-strategic environment, defence, and security.

The military spokesperson stated, “COAS arrived at London, UK on officialvisit. Will interact with senior British Civil-Military leadership todiscuss matters of mutual interest including evolving geo-strategicenvironment, defence and security.”
