ANKARA – Turkish authorities have ordered the arrest of 249 ForeignMinistry personnel over suspected links with the US-based cleric involvedin attempted coup in 2016.

The Ankara chief prosecutor’s office said, 91 suspects have been detainedso far in operations across 43 provinces and the police are seeking therest.

The arrest was ordered after investigations found that they had alsocommitted irregularities in the ministry’s past entrance exams.
