Frustrated India launches yet another failed diplomatic propaganda against Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – Officials of Indian High Commission in Islamabad have allegedcontinuous harassment by Pakistan security agencies in the heart ofPakistan’s capital city.

According to report, on March 14, two Pakistani security agency personnelwere seen keeping watch outside the residence of Naval Adviser of India. Hewas hosting a dinner at that time at his residence, DNA has reported.

Next day the naval adviser was aggressively tailed by two Pakistanisecurity agency personnel.

In another incident, staff member of Indian High Commission who was lookinginto arrangements for moving house of the Second Secretary was approachedby a person who inquired, in an intimidating manner, about details of theoccupants of the house, the time of vacating of the house and the procedurefollowed to rent the house.

India High Commission has sent a strongly worded note verbal to theMinistry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Pakistan.

India has urged MOFA to investigate incidents of harassment. In the note,India has also mentioned that incidents of harassment of family members isagainst the Vienna Convention.

India on Monday had issued a Note Verbale to Pakistan Foreign Ministrysaying Pakistani agencies are “harassing and tailing” Indian diplomats inIslamabad again.

According to the note, India cited 13 instances of harassment in the monthof March itself and asked Pakistan to stop such incidents and investigatethe matter.
