A meeting of working group on Syria established by Russia and Turkey was held in Ankara to discuss latest situation in Idlib and other regional issues.
According to Turkish Defense Ministry, the two countries decided to form the working group after their leaders telephonically discussed ways and means to deescalate the situation in Idlib.
Turkey and Russia agreed in September last year to turn Idlib into a de-escalation zone.
