ISLAMABAD: DG Ms Aisha Farooqui appointed as Pakistan Foreign Office newSpokesperson.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday announced the appointment ofDirector General Ms. Aisha Farooqui as the new Spokesperson of ForeignOffice.
According to a notification dated December 17, 2019 and issued here onThursday, Ms. Aisha Farooqui, Director General, has been transferred andposted as Director General/Spokesperson of the Foreign Office withimmediate effect and until further orders.
She will replace the incumbent Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr MohammadFaisal, who has now been nominated as Pakistan’s Ambassador to Germany.
