PIA takes yet another step for customers facilitation in Pakistan

ISLAMAVAD – Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has taken yet anotherstep towards the revival of its night operations.

PIA is revising its flight schedule for night operation in Peshawar. Thenight flying was discontinued four years ago due to aviation safetyconcerns.

PIA President and CEO Air Marshal Arshad Malik thanked the aviationminister for his prompt action and vigorous efforts in resolving the matterwith all concerned quarters, especially the security agencies, for liftingthe restrictions.

The issue was highlighted to Aviation Minister Muhammad Mian Soomro duringhis visit to PIA Head Office last Friday.

The PIA spokesman said that after removal of restriction, PIA will reviseits flight schedule for Peshawar, adding more flights for the convenienceof KP public, as they were facing difficulties in connectivity.
