ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and FederalInvestigation Agency (FIA) has submitted the reply in the Islamabad HighCourt (IHC) in a case pertaining to Zulfi Bukhari’s name on Exit ControlList (ECL).
A divisional bench of the IHC comprising Justice Amir Farooq and JusticeMohsin Akhtar Kiani of the IHC heard the petition.
The bench had sought reply from the Ministry of Interior in the plea ofAdvisor to Prime Minister Syed Zulfi Bukhari for removal of his name fromECL. The Deputy Attorney General Raja Khalid Mehmood informed the courtthat details would be submitted before the next hearing.
