ISLAMABAD – Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Monday begun the processto regularize properties in Bani Gala area of Islamabad, including theresidence of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The premier has submitted application to CDA for the regularization of histwo residences.
The premier has also submitted proprietary documents and map of his250-kanal residences in CDA one window office.
Apart from this, the body has also received at least 132 requests toregularize commercial and residential buildings in Bani Gala.
A fine of Rs100 per square will be taken for the regularization ofresidential buildings whereas Rs200 per square for commercial ones.
Sources report that the charges for the commercialization of land in BaniGala have been fixed at Rs3500 per square while the development chargeswill be received separately.
