ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has on Saturday said thatKartapur corridor will be inaugurated on November 9, adding that India hasbadly failed in pushing Pakistan into the Financial Action Task Force(FATF) black list.
While talking to media, the foreign minister said, “India badly failed inpushing Pakistan into the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) black listowing to Islamabad’s diplomatic efforts.”
He added that India’s foreign minister appealed all countries to opposePakistan but faced defeat on every forum.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi said, “Pakistanis understand the situation of Kashmirand will not become a part of anarchy”.
“PM Imran wants peace in the region that is why he visited Iran and SaudiArabia to mediate talks between both countries. Stability in the region isinevitable for the economic growth”, FM Qureshi added.
There is no chance of martial law in Pakistan as the democracy willflourish in the country, the foreign minister concluded.
