ISLAMABAD – Kamran Akmal has made a demand from PM Khan over PakistanCricket Team performance in World Cup match against India.
Pakistan’s wicket-keeper batsman Kamran Akmal has requested Imran Khan totake strict action against the team.
Thus far, Pakistan has managed to secure only 3 points from their 5 games,which includes the humiliating loss against arch-rivals India. The Greenscurrently sit in 9th place, one above Afghanistan.
Speaking to local media, Kamran Akmal said:
I request Prime Minister Imran Khan, who is also PCB patron, to startruthless accountability and all those, who inflicted huge damages onPakistan cricket, must face the music.
We are blessed with so many natural cricketers, who, if selected on merit,can strengthen Pakistan batting and bowling and can take Pakistan team to amuch higher level.

Akmal also reiterated the point which Shoaib Akhtar made after the lossagainst India. He said that Pakistan never should have opted to bowl asPakistan’s strength does not lie in chasing down targets.
Pakistan has not won any match in the World Cup, where they opted to chase.The only victory for greens caps came against the tournament favouritesEngland. When we batted first and posted massive 300 plus runs on theboard, while against West Indies, we were badly exposed and flattened atmeager 105. Our batting badly flopped and all the flaws were exposed by theopponents.
Pakistan now have four remaining matches against New Zealand, South Africa,Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The Men in Green will have to win all theirremaining matches and rely on other teams to drop points to qualify.
