LAHORE: The Punjab cabinet has approved the appointment of Syed MohammadTalib Rizvi as president/chief executive officer (CEO) of the Bank ofPunjab.
“Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar approved his name as the president/CEOin a cabinet meeting,” said the Punjab minister information in a briefingon Friday.
Rizvi enjoys 23 years of experience in the banking sector and has remainedthe retail & commercial head/group head of large-scale banks like BankAlfalah and Habib Metropolitan Bank for around 12 years. He became theyoungest retail & commercial head (in his mid-thirties) of the bankingindustry.
