PESHAWAR – The total expenditures of the BRT project are Rs66 billion anddenied the reports being circulated in the press about increase in its costand held it against the facts.
Director General PDA Engr. Muhammad Uzair said this while briefing aseventeen member delegation of under trainee officers of Mid CadreManagement Service presently under training at National Institute ofManagement (NIMs) Lahore Friday visited the office of Peshawar DevelopmentAuthority (PDA).
He informed that BRT is a historic project that would address trafficproblems of the people of the city.We are trying our best to complete the project at the earliest and roundthe clock construction work underway.
As many fifty buses from China for BRT has arrived, the DG told.
