ISLAMABAD – Former Interior Minister Ch Nisar has spoken about hisrelationship with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
PML N Leader Chaudhry Nisar said that he knows Khan since his school daysand that he had already told Nawaz Sharif that he would not criticise Imranon personal grounds.
“When there is nothing to say against me, it is said that I am friend withImran Khan. I have already told Nawaz that I would not criticise Imran’spersonal life, rather only his political point of views,” Nisar added.
The former interior minister also lauded Raza Rabbani for leading Senateduring tough times. “If PML-N wanted to put forward Rabbani’s name as acandidate, they should not have revealed it so early,” he continued.
Nisar also said that the Shehbaz Sharif would not work as a ‘puppet’ and ifthe Punjab chief minister is allowed to work, he will succeed.
