ISLAMABAD – PTI government launches a unique initiative over the madrassasreforms.
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training under theinitiative of bringing religious seminaries into the mainstream, hasstarted to establish regional offices for their registration.
Official sources informed APP that talks between the government andreligious representatives remained successful in this connection and theprocess of providing performa to Madaris for registration has been kickedoff.
The Ministry has also decided to allow the registered Madaris for openingof their bank accounts and provision of monthly honorarium to two teachersselected by each seminary.
