MOSCOW - Russia strongly responds back to the maritime borders violations.
Russia handed back three naval ships to Ukraine today, which it captured last year.
In a statement, Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Moscow would respond harshly in future to any similar maritime provocations near its borders.
Despite continuing tensions, the handover is likely to be seen as a confidence-building measure ahead of planned Ukraine summit next month in Paris.
