Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa says Karachi is the engine of national economy and its security environment will be further improved to maintain positive business trajectory.
He expressed these views during a visit to Headquarters Pakistan Rangers Sindh in Karachi.
DG Rangers Sindh gave a detailed briefing to the Army Chief on security situation in the province, including law and order in Karachi.
The Army Chief appreciated efforts of Pakistan Rangers Sindh and all other law enforcing agencies for improved security environment.
Commander Karachi Corps Lieutenant General Humayun Aziz also accompanied the Army Chief.
