Don't eat too much in Sehr, Iftar! Health Experts advise

ISLAMABAD: Health experts have asked the people not to eat too much during Sehri and Iftar time.

Excessive eating can cause indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, high blood pressure, vomiting and uric acid in the body.

Talking to APP, Dr.Fazl u Rehman a medical specialist of Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi said the people must use plenty of water during Sehr Iftar times for smooth functioning of stomach system.

He advised the people to avoid use of salty and spicy items as it leads to medical disorder after fasting for around 16 hours. APP
