In a revolutionary move to boost tourism, Pakistan may allow Visa on arrival facility for 55 countries Nationals

ISLAMABAD – In a revolutionary move, Pakistan is mulling option to grantVisa free arrival to 55 countries nationals in order to boost tourism inthe country.

As per media report, Advisor to prime minister on economy Razzaq Dawood onTuesday said that Pakistan is considering allowing visa on arrival for 55countries.

Addressing a press conference, Dawood said a policy is being formulated andit would be presented to the prime minister in January.

“We will also consult security forces regarding the matter,” he said.

Dawood added that Pakistan needs tourism and that the government will dowhatever is in the interest of the country.
