KARACHI – The rangers have been deployed during the continuedanti-encroachment operation at Saddar in Karachi.

As per details garnered, after removing illegal constructions and shopsinside and outside the Empress Market, the KDA has started demolishingunplanned buildings in Saddar Rainbow Center.

During the anti-encroachment operation, the rioters attacked on the KMCmanagements and they pelted stone on the anti-encroachment team. The policeplayed a role as silent spectacular during the clash between rioters andKMC team.

Meanwhile, the rangers have been deployed to control the situation and theaction has been stopped for the time being to normalize the situations.
