ISLAMABAD – Sahibzada Amir Jahangir, close aide of Prime Minister ImranKhan, has refused to take the charge as the prime minister’s specialassistant on foreign investment.
According to the sources, Amir Jahangir withdrew from his post after wasmaligned in allegations on the social media. He was recently appointedSpecial Assistant on Foreign Investments, has withdrawn from the assignment.
“I am honoured for PM PAK trust in me as SAPM for Foreign Investments. Itis honorary assignment. I would take no salary or benefits. However, inview of fake allegations & media propaganda to malign my character &dignity, it will effect my performance, Shaibzada Amir Jhangir said, in histweet.
