ISLAMABAD – Foreign Office spokesman has strongly rejected reports allegingthat some Taliban fighters involved in the Ghazni attack were offeredmedical treatment in Pakistani hospitals.
In a statement in Islamabad today, he said Afghanistan has not officiallyshared any information or evidence with Pakistan in this regard.
The spokesman said in the absence of official communications throughregular channels established bilaterally, such reports cannot be given anycredence.
He said these reports can only be viewed as malicious propaganda to vitiatethe existing cooperation between the two countries.
