Imran Khan faces a setback from court over Toshakhana case

While accepting the plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan forexemption from personal appearance, a district and sessions court inIslamabad Tuesday rejected his plea for the transfer of the Toshakhanacriminal case.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar pronounced thereserved verdict.

A Facebook post, attributed to the judge, led to the plea for the transferof the case.
