ISLAMABAD – The Panama case special bench has set the condition of showing the evidences and money trail for the London Flats, failing which the Prime Minister would be disqualified.
The special three-member bench of the Supreme Court adjourned the Panama case until Wednesday.
During the hearing, Justice Ijaz Afzal remarked that the Sharif family will have to prove the ownership of the flats through documents whether here or in the trial court.
Justice Ijazul Hassan said that the prime minister should tell the sources of purchasing the flats.
“After reviewing the evidence, we will decide whether we should decide on the disqualification or send the issue to the NAB,” he remarked.
