ISLAMABAD – A delegation of leading businessmen and brokers held a meetingwith Advisor to Prime Minister on Finance Dr. Abdul Hafeez Sheikh inKarachi on Friday and discussed overall macro-economic situation and itsimpact on capital markets of the country.
The delegation discussed with the Advisor various measures relating to themarket reforms.
Considering the present depressed market sentiment, the delegationsuggested various measures for strengthening the capital markets.
Dr. Hafeez Sheikh took note of all the suggestions positively and assuredfull support and cooperation of the government.
