Romanian Ambassador to Pakistan Nicolae Goia called on Chief of Army Staff(COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ today.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional securitysituations including the latest situation in Afghanistan, and enhancedbilateral cooperation with Romania were discussed.
The COAS link said that Pakistan values itsrelations with European Union (EU). “We earnestly look forward to enhancingmutually beneficial multi-domain relations based on common interest.”
Both reiterated the desire to further enhance bilateral relations in allfields.

The visiting dignitary also appreciated Pakistan’s role in regionalstability and pledged to play his role for further improvement indiplomatic cooperation with Pakistan at all levels.
