ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday directed thepolice to present report pertaining placing the name of US diplomat on ExitControl List (ECL).
22-year-old Ateeq Baig was killed and another person was injured when theUS military attaché Col Joseph Emanuel Hall allegedly ran a red light andhit his motorcycle last week.
In his remarks, the judge expressed resentment over Islamabad police overtheir inefficiency to handle the case.
“He would be an American in his own country. Being a diplomat does notmeans that he kills our citizens. You would have surely panicked withoutany reason,” said the judge
