ISLAMABAD – Pakistani Security Forces kill 7 terrorists in a deadlyoperation in North Waziristan.
Security forces in North Waziristan conducted intelligence-based operationsintelligence-based operations in which seven terrorists killed, meanwhilefour officials martyred on the line of duty.
According to the press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relationslink (ISPR)department of Pak Army today (Wednesday), forces conducted successfulclean-up operation in North Waziristan – a tribal area of KhyberPakhtunkhwa province.
The press release reads, “On confirmed intelligence about presence ofTerrorists in a hideout near Datta Khel, North Waziristan District,Security Forces conducted an IBO in Mama Ziarat, 7 km southwest ofDattakhel.”
“As soon as troops cordoned the area, terrorists opened fire to flee fromthe hideout. During operation, 7 terrorists killed. In intense exchange offire, 4 security forces personnel embraced martyrdom including an officer,while 1 soldier got injured.
A large cache of arms, ammunition & IEDs recovered from hideout duringclearance.”

1. Lieutenant Agha Muqadas Ali khan, age 26 years resident of Lahore. 2. Lance Havaldar Qamar Nadeem, Age 36 years, resident of Layyah, married, survived by wife, 2 sons & a daughter. 3. Sepoy Muhammad Qasim, age 24 years, resident of Layyah. 4. Sepoy Tauseef, age 23 years resident of Narowal.
Earlier this week, Pakistan Army Officer Colonel Col Mujib Ur Rahmanmartyred during an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan.
