MOSCOW – Russia has said that new US missile defense strategy will lead toa dangerous arms race in space.
Russia’s foreign ministry in a statement described the U.S. plan asconfrontational, and said it would deal a blow to already-fragileinternational stability.
The ministry urged Washington to engage with Russia in constructive talksabout the nuclear arms balance.
