PTI has congratulated Justice Qazi Isa on taking the oath as the Chief Justice. The PTI spokesperson stated that the foundation of a free and prosperous society is always based on justice, and societies that lack justice and fairness are doomed.

According to the spokesperson, PTI is a party that upholds the principles of law, justice, and the supremacy of the constitution. The PTI chairman has consistently emphasized the importance of upholding the constitution and the rule of law. The spokesperson mentioned that PTI seeks to uphold the sanctity of the constitution and the dignity of the law through effective measures.

They emphasized that the judiciary is the center of hope for the nation when it comes to the sanctity of the law. Justice Qazi Isa was sworn in as the 29th Chief Justice of Pakistan in a ceremony at the Presidential Palace. The President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, also took the oath of office during the same event.

Justice Qazi Isa, born on October 26, 1959, in Quetta, is the son of Justice Muhammad Esa, a prominent leader of the Pakistan Movement, and the grandson of Prime Minister Khawaja Nazimuddin. In his judicial career, Justice Qazi Isa has written judgments on the composition of benches in the Supreme Court, the powers of the Chief Justice, and the procedure for initiating cases, among other matters.

During PTI's government, a presidential reference was filed to remove Justice Qazi Isa from his position, which was later declared null and void. Concerns from lawyers regarding not including Justice Qazi Isa in important cases persisted for some time. He was the first judge to visit the victims of the Jaranwala incident, and he also participated in the Golden Jubilee ceremony of Pakistan's constitution in the PTI government.

Leading the Supreme Court judges to resolve internal disputes, establishing procedures for handling cases, streamlining the use of Article 184(3), reducing the backlog of cases, and restoring the dignity of the judiciary in the current political landscape will present significant challenges for the new Chief Justice, Justice Qazi Isa.
