Supreme Court of Pakistan has dissolved the Punjab Healthcare Commission Board and has ordered to constitute a new Board in two weeks to run the Commission.
The judgement was announced by the two-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar in Lahore on Saturday.
Punjab Health Minister, Dr. Yasmin Rashid appeared before the bench and told the court that the chairman of the PHC Board Aamir Raza has tendered his resignation.
