ISLAMABAD: (APP) Pak-China people enjoy love relation: Chinese Counselor

 

Zheng Gou Jin, first councilor of embassy of People Republic of China participated in the condolence reference of Ma' Xueyi (Bahuddin) a Chinese student who died in a train accident few days ago.

 

According to a press release issued here Monday, Bahauddin was student of MA Islamic Studies at International Islamic University, Islamabad.

 

The reference was jointly held by Chinese Student's Union and Students Advisor Office Male IIUI which was attended by Dr. Bashir Khan, VP Academics, Dr. Muhammad Munir, VP Higher Student and Research (HSR), Raja Khalid Mahmood, Director General (AF&P) Dr. Muhammad Arshad Zia, Student's Advisor Male, Deans, directors and large number of Chinese students.

 

Zheng said that Pak-China friendship was commendable; people and governments of the two countries enjoyed relationship of love and affection and both states always stood side by side through thick and thin.

 

He also thanked the university administration for special arrangements for deceased and for special medical treatment of injured student.

 

Ma' Zhong said IIUI is a center of multi-cultural and multi-ethnic students and known a hub of Chinese students in Pakistan and its graduates serving the world. Chinese Counselor and Chinese students also collected donation for family of deceased students.

 

Later on, Ma' Zhong called on Dr. Masosm Yasinzai, Rector IIUI and Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh President IIUI and discussed the matters of mutual interest.

 

He also thanked the authorities of IIUI for providing facilities and extending cooperation for Chinese students in the university.

 

In the meeting, Dr. Masoom said Chinese students were precious asset of the university and IIUI would launch degree programs on Chinese Language and Chinese Philosophy of Development soon.

 

Dr. Al-Draiweesh apprised that IIUI has memorandum of understating with number of Chinese university to have joint educational ventures.

 

He also mentioned his recent visit to China and particularly the establishment of institute for Arabic Language in Ningxia province China.
