RAWALPINDI: TLP Chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi faces the unprecedented worst blow from the Anti Terrorism Court.
The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC)-I Rawalpindi Judge Shaukat Kamal Dar has awarded 4,738 years imprisonment and imposed fine of Rs13 million on the brother and nephew of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi, including 87 other members, here on Thursday.
The court has also ordered to confiscate all moveable and immoveable property of all accused. The court has given the decision after proving terrorism act against the accused in this regard.
The ATC judge has given the decision late night on Thursday.
As court gave the decision, police and Elite Force/Special Branch officials loaded all accused in three buses to shift them to the Attock Jail.
On November 24, 2018, police arrested TLP chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi, his brother Ameer Hussain Rizvi, his nephew Muhammad Ali, besides 87 other religious activists, on charges of creating unrest all around.
After the arrest of TLP Chief Khadim Rizvi, the religious activists created an unrest situation, badly beaten common public, police officials and damaged government and private properties on the occasion.
