In Iraq, at least eight civilians have been kidnapped by Daesh in two separate incidents in western province of Anbar.
In the first incident, five civilians went missing in the early morning near the town of Rawa, some 280 km northwest of Baghdad.
The security forces investigated the incident and announced that the five were kidnapped by a group of militants.
In a separate incident, the extremist IS militants kidnapped three villagers near the town of Haditha.
