The UN General Assembly (UNGA) has unanimously adopted Pakistan-sponsoredresolution that reaffirms right to self-determination for the peoples whoare subjected to colonial, foreign and alien occupation.
Talking to APP, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to United Nations,Munir Akram said General Assembly has reaffirmed our legal, political andmoral case in support of all including Kashmiri people.
He said the resolution, co-sponsored by 71 countries, calls on countries toimmediately cease their foreign military intervention in and occupation offoreign countries and territories.
