The national team is in trouble; four to five players from the nationalteam fell ill. Some players in India got sick due to a severe chestinfection.
According to sources, a few players had high fever due to severe chestinfection. Osama Mir remained unwell for five days in quarantine. All ofOsama Mir’s COVID and dengue tests came back negative, except for thesevere chest infection.
Sources say that Osama Mir is feeling better, and he is available forselection. However, Shahin Shah Afridi also contracted a viral bacterialinfection and had to go to the hospital for antibiotic drops.
According to the national team sources, Abdullah Shafique also developed asevere high fever. Doctors are examining him, and Zaman Khan is alsoaffected by a viral infection.
