ISLAMABAD – Over the issue of Supreme Court Justice Qazi Faiz Isareference, Important development has been reported from Supreme Court ofPakistan.
Two Judges of the Supreme Judicial Council have rescued themselves fromhearing the reference, media has reported.
The seven-member bench hearing the applications of Justice Qazi Faez Isaagainst the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) dissolved after two judgesrecused themselves from the case on Tuesday.
Justice Ejazul Hassan and Justice Sardar Tariq Masood recused themselvesfrom the case.

Justice Umar Atta Bandial remarked that they are sending the matter toChief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa for forming the new bench to hear theapplications. “We will also request for the early hearing of the matter,”he remarked.
Earlier, CJP Asif Saeed Khosa had formed a seven-member bench led byJustice Umar Ata Bandial and comprising Justice Maqbool Baqar, JusticeManzoor Ahmad Malik, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Faisal Arab,Justice Ejazul Ahsan and Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel to hear thepetitions.
