ISLAMABAD – Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Monday has issuedwarning to PM Imran Khan.
ECP withdrew its notices against Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan forviolation of the electoral code of conduct, giving warning to the PM toremain careful in the future.
A two-member commission – headed by Chief Election Commissioner Justice (r)Muhammad Raza – heard electoral violations in NA-63 Jehlum, NA-162 Sahiwaland NA-120 Lahore.
Imran Khan’s counsel informed the commission that ECP issued a notice to PMfor violation of the code of conduct in by-polls, however, it waschallenged in the High Court and it was rejected.
