LAHORE (APP): Top rival candidates in NA-120 by-polls Kulsoom Nawaz of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and Dr Yasmeen Rashid could not cast their votes in the election.
Kulsoom Nawaz is out of country for her treatment while Dr Yasmeen Rashid’s vote is not registered in NA-120 constituency.
