*Quetta, August 17, 2025* – Pakistani security agencies have foiled a majorterror plot in Balochistan by arresting an Indian agent who was allegedlymasterminding BLA-linked terrorist activities in the province.
The suspect has been identified as *Dr. Usman Qazi*, a lecturer at theBalochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering andManagement Sciences (BUITEMS).
