Minister for Railways, Khawaja Saad Rafique says all passenger coaches will be upgraded in the next two years to bring it at par. Presiding over a high level meeting in Lahore today, he said that after the Shalimar, Jaffer and Pakistan Express, Awami express is being upgraded . He directed to expedite work on restructuring of the railways employees.
