ISLAMABAD- Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has received the go-ahead from theauthorities to hold the remainder of the sixth edition of the PakistanSuper League (PSL) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The final decision has not been made with Abu Dhabi or Dubai being toutedas the likely venues. PCB is likely to officially announce the itineraryfor the tournament in the next few days.
According to sources, the players and staff of all the six franchises ofPSL will be required to undergo COVID-19 tests on May 18, and they will berequired to submit their passports only after returning a negative result.The touring party will fly to the UAE via chartered flights and will berequired to undergo a 10-day quarantine period upon their arrival to thecountry.

The sixth edition of PSL was originally being played in Pakistan, but aftera COVID-19 outbreak within the bio-secure bubble and several players andstaff members testing positive for the virus, the tournament was postponed.
