*PESHAWAR: A suicide bomber riding a motorbike struck the Frontier Corpsvehicle near city’s Kacheri Chowk, injuring at least six personnel,according to KP Minister Shaukat Yousafzai.*
*T*he minister said initial reports confirmed that the bomber used aroundfive kilograms of explosives in the targeted attack. He said the sixinjured personnel have been moved to nearby hospital where four of thepersonnel were in critical condition.
The police have cordoned off the area and begun searching. Eye-witnessesinitially claimed that the blast occurred in a vehicle however lawenforcers didnt corroborate the claim.
The area where the blast took place is said to be very busy point whereseveral fruit and vegetable vendors run their business.
