ISLAMABAD – Rallies were taken out against the statement of former primeminister Nawaz Sharif across the country on Wednesday.

A large number of people participated in the rallies. The participantsdemanded action against Nawaz Sharif.

The PTI staged a demo against Nawaz Sharif outside the Lahore Press Club.

The workers chanted slogans against Nawaz Sharif.

In Gujrat, civil society staged a demonstration against Nawaz Sharif. Theprotesters demanded a case against Nawaz Sharif.

Demonstrations were staged in Hyderabad, Gujranwala and Peshawar.
