*PARIS – Mahira Khan has broken the internet, since she flew to the FrenchRiviera to attend the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.*
The first Pakistani ambassador of make-up giant L’Oreal Paris, Mahira madesure to keep us hooked till the very last moment of her trip as she wrote aheartwarming love letter on her way to home yesterday. She chose Instagramto share her sentiments:
“Oh Cannes you have a piece of my heart! Thank you for taking us in withopen arms, you were warm and generous. I wish I could pen down my entireexperience but that’ll be a long love letter for another time,” she wroteas she shared a gorgeous picture of her in a Nicolas Jebran dress atChopard’s party.
“As I sat in the car on my way to the airport I realised that I felt moreempowered than ever before. And the reason was because of the amazing womenthat I met over the last three days,” Mahira continued.
She blissfully wrote: “It is empowering to sit with women and speak aboutthe lines under your eyes or how fast your children are growing up. It’s arelief when it is your first time on the red carpet with hundreds of peoplephotographing you, to get a ‘you’ve got this’ from the girl whose done thislike a dream so many times. It was even more amazing to get all theselovely messages from my industry back home. And the best family and friendsone could ask for. Aah and my fan family, how I love thee!”
While complimenting her manager, stylists and photographer, she wrapped itup with “We are nothing alone, and that is something life keeps teaching metime and again.”
