*ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Law, Farogh Naseem, has said an AntiTerrorism Act will soon have a section of Economic Terrorism [toincorporate financial corruption in the law].*
Speaking in the ARY News programme ‘The Reporters’, Naseem said PrimeMinister Imran Khan had embarked on a mission to rid the country ofcorruption.
He explained that new amnesty scheme wasn’t meant to increase taxes. “Anaction will be taken after introduction of new amnesty scheme and therewill be no chance for the corrupt.”
He highlighted that responsibilities of the media were going to beincreased after new amnesty scheme was introduced.
