Mumbai: Security has been beefed up outside Saif Ali Khan’s home in thesuburbs of Mumbai after a BJP leader filed a complaint against the actor.
Saif Ali Khan and creator Ali Abbas Zafar’s are among the names nominatedin the complaint by BJP MLA Ram Kadam against the creators, actors anddirector of web series ‘Tandev’.
Kadam has demanded strict action for “insulting Hindu Gods and Goddesses”in the show. Meanwhile, BJP MP Manoj Kotak has written to the Ministry forInformation and Broadcasting, requesting a ban on the series.
BJP trolls also took to Twitter to express outrage as ‘Ban Tandev Now’started trending on the social media app.
