TLP Chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi faces the unprecedented worst blow from the Anti Terrorism Court

RAWALPINDI: TLP Chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi faces the unprecedented worstblow from the Anti Terrorism Court.

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC)-I Rawalpindi Judge Shaukat Kamal Dar hasawarded 4,738 years imprisonment and imposed fine of Rs13 million on thebrother and nephew of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) chief Khadim HussainRizvi, including 87 other members, here on Thursday.

The court has also ordered to confiscate all moveable and immoveableproperty of all accused. The court has given the decision after provingterrorism act against the accused in this regard.

The ATC judge has given the decision late night on Thursday.

As court gave the decision, police and Elite Force/Special Branch officialsloaded all accused in three buses to shift them to the Attock Jail.

On November 24, 2018, police arrested TLP chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi, hisbrother Ameer Hussain Rizvi, his nephew Muhammad Ali, besides 87 otherreligious activists, on charges of creating unrest all around.

After the arrest of TLP Chief Khadim Rizvi, the religious activists createdan unrest situation, badly beaten common public, police officials anddamaged government and private properties on the occasion.
