MOSCOW – Russia says it will provide every possible support to Pakistan tomake it a developed country.
This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov while respondingto a question after addressing a press conference in Moscow.
He acknowledged Pakistan’s efforts in eradicating terrorism, and said theterrorists spread inside Afghanistan along the area bordering Pakistan posegrave danger for Islamabad.
Sergei Lavrov said several agreements have been signed between Pakistan andRussia for the provision of helicopters and military equipments.
He said Pakistan’s presence in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation willstrengthen relation between the two countries.
