The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is set to establish a dedicated task force to address individuals involved in white-collar crimes.
According to sources, this task force will comprise four military intelligence officers, eight individuals from the Federal Board of Revenue, two officials from the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and State Bank of Pakistan representatives.
Additionally, two officers each from the Federal Investigation Agency, Intelligence Bureau, and Police Service will be integrated into this force, with approval from the NAB chairman.
Notably, officials from these various departments are already serving within NAB on deputation, and their expertise is considered sufficient to effectively combat white-collar crimes.
