ISLAMABAD, Jun 16 (APP): Which of the Pakistani team qualify for Rio Olympics
Four swimmers will be representing Pakistan in the Olympic Games scheduled to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from August 5 to 21.
According to the Pakistan Swimming Federation (PSF), the swimmers have been selected to represent Pakistan in Olympics after the (FINA) International Swimming World Ranking points earned by national players in the 16th World Championship held Kazan Russia (Olympic qualification round).
The four swimmers to go for Olympics include Lianna Swan (1046 points), Harris Bandey (1044 points), Saad Amin (1041 points) and Annum Bandey (908 points).
Lianna earned 479 points in 50m Breaststroke while 567 in 50m Freestyle. Harris clinched 514 points in 200m IM and 530 in 400m Freestyle.
Saad took 508 and 533 points in 50m Freestyle and 50m Butterfly, respectively. Annum got 432 points in 100m Breaststroke and 476 points in 200m Breaststroke.
